RecommendedAshley has changed my life completely. I’ve never been adjusted prior to seeing her. she walked me through everything slowly and explained it all with great detail to ease my nervousness. I have a 2 year old, and currently pregnant with my second so relaxing to help with back pain isn’t much of an option, but even after my first adjustment i feel like a million dollars. I wish I would’ve called Foundation Chiropractic sooner.

Treatment that actually WORKS! Caring staff. I've been going to the chiropractor for over 3 years and I see such a difference in my overall health. I didn't start to see a chiropractor because of pain, but because of asthma, allergies and diabetes. Currently, 2 of those disease states are completely eliminated. Working on #3! :)
Ashley is amazing at what she does, but what is most impressive is how much she truly cares about helping improve the lives of her patients. I recommend her to everyone I know that is interested in chiropractic!

Dr. Mayes is amazing!! When I first saw her It had been a few weeks that I could not stand up straight! I also I had other pains in my shoulders and my hands continuously fell asleep at night. I had many issues I had ignored for years. She has improved my life tremendously! I’m continuing to get better everyday following her instruction and her diet change suggestions. She is very thorough, understanding and kind! I am so thankful for her!!!
