A Good supplier for my employer; Canaus Insulation Ltd.
Called asking about their concrete sealers, they offered no information, not even the type of concrete it would best be used on. She clearly couldn’t care less about the customers experience. Told me to “ask my drywaller” (about a concrete job?!) Extremely incompetent.

Was doing a job in Victoria last week . Needed sound proofing drywall on very short notice . Thought we were up S$%#^ creek without a paddle ... Phone FBM and talked to the manager Shawn . He went out of his way to get us the materials we needed for our project . Its nice to know that there are folks out there that go the extra mile for a customer.Thanks Shawn !
