Been working with Alex for 2 years now. Genuinely can say I’ve found the sort of practice I’ve been looking for for years. Amazing to work with, flexible with tele-appointments, he actually cares about me, and he’s great about boundaries while also working with me to the greatest extent he can. As far as I know they like to specialize in neurodivergent people and it’s been a relief to have someone guide me through my various things to work out there. Top notch imo.
Absolutely terrible experience. After making it explicitly clear that I have had no income for over a year and require twice-weekly sessions (eight times a month) for my medical condition, their intake coordinator completely ignored my requirements. On Medicaid, my co-pays for care anywhere else max out at $4 a session ($32 a month total for eight visits), yet this place tried to push outrageous cash-pay rates of $80 to $140 a session—amounting to over $600 a month—while pressuring me into fewer sessions than medically neces... read more
