Just awful. I checking into a room at around 8pm, opened the door to find that it was not cleaned, the bed not made, wine bottles and trash around the room. Since there isn't anyone there to help I called the number posted in the hallway. The help line was located in a different city, they said there were no other available rooms and couldn't clean this one because they just help answering phones. Genuinely one the most embarrassing travel experiences of my life. Shower handle: broken. Room: smelly communication from mostly non-existent staff: delayed by 5 hours at a time. You stay here because everywhere else is too expensive. Pay the extra 100 to go to a real hotel or just pay less and go to a gross motel, this is no better and at least they'll have staff

The hotel has no staff at the reception; you have to register online and check inn through an unreliable link, and afterward it was no longer possible for me to do so. I spent an hour trying to contact someone to complete my check-in, but without success. In the end, I chose another hotel and ended up paying for this one for nothing. Another guest in the lobby is also having the same problem and waiting for longer

I booked this place for my father when he was in D.C. for a work trip and to say this hotel was bad is an understatement. The description online did not match the room they gave him which by the way had no windows, was tiny, dirty and was in the basement. Giving this hotel a two star is pushing it. The parking, well, there was no parking. We had to park 20 mins away—which we walked because it was already had enough to drive through DC and walking was better than an uber. Once we got to the hotel, there was not a soul to help us. No one was at the front desk. I think this is highly unprofessional by itself. Where is the help when you have an issue? Then, we tried to get into our room, which took 20-30 mins alone.
