Stayed here for a total of 4 weeks for a work trip, which I was unable to change the reservation after the first day. On the plus side, the guy chris at the front desk who worked at nights was helpful and nice. I honestly am embarassed that my colleagues and I had to stay here. We had to each change rooms multiple times, be it from mold, no hot water, heater not working (its 28* F while I am typing this. my heater is set to 90 and it is still freezing in my room and I am now sick) or having a random person (with our door key... read more
Good little hotel. Not a lot of amenities, but the price is significantly cheaper then everywhere else, and the location is great if you're looking for a place to stay in Logan Circle. The rooms could use a little more soundproofing, as you can clearly hear people in their rooms when you're walking down the hall. But besides that it was great.
Room was pretty quiet and clean. Only issues were stains on the rug and peeling paint on the shower floor. Biggest issue was my last night when the security alarm went off at 10pm - constant beeping every 2 seconds. Because there are no staff here no one turned it off - I tried to text the service number and sent an email but got no response. Another person wrote about the security alarm going off in a review so this seems to be a repeat issue.

My brother and I decided to do a museum weekend in DC. One because I really wanted to and two because of the political climate in America. When we got here we couldn’t find the information for our rooms. And being who we are, we didn’t panic. But it was late and we were in a city where we didn’t know anyone.
