I stayed at this hotel for three nights, and it was a great experience. A few tips for future travelers: use your mobile phone to complete the registration form emailed after booking. You’ll need to take a photo of your ID card, which isn’t possible on a laptop. The form doesn’t allow you to upload a copy of your ID, so have the physical card ready. this hotel is new, the concept is great, and the service is there for you when needed especially i’ve stayed multiple times over the last few weeks, always elite. check in smooth. this hotel is good especially for the expeirenced travelers who doesn’t need to be hand held. if you are a self employed, traveled individual under 50, you should love this hotel a lot.. chris and E are great guys, doing an awesome job

The location was great, as it’s right down the road from the National Mall on 16th Street. Whether you like to walk, or take public transport. The staff was very helpful and kind. One thing in particular I found outstanding was the fact that the hotel does daily housekeeping, a thing that I have not experienced in any stay anywhere since before Covid.
