Waiter we had was terrible. Forgot to put our order in , couldn’t get our bill right. Didn’t even get everything we ordered afterwards. Seemed to be harassing the runner who did a good job bringing our food and getting stuff we asked for.
We used a Groupon and had my son's birthday party there. The kids had a BLAST! Bowling, laser tag, and arcade games, with plenty of pop when they got thirsty. We had some kiddos with sensory issues, and the staff was INCREDIBLY accommodating 💜 We could not have been happier with the service we received!
service poor and food was overcooked
Having a great time like I usually do! Ordered some food and a drink which was great! Burger was awesome and my drink was just how I like em! Kim who helped me out tonight was amazing! It’s always good to come in and see her face! Love this place, love the staff!
Our second time eating at the restaurant side, the service was terrible. The waitresses were nice enough but no one greeted us or came with menus, our drinks took at least 10 minutes to bring, and the food was probably a 40 minute wait. We never got app plates or silverware. I didn't consider asking for a manager after reading the responses to the complaints of the same nature.
I want to say we had an amazing reserved birthday party experience. Our personal hostess Cami was awesome, kind and professional. My daughter and friends had a blast. We bowl there from time to time. The atmoshpere and service is great, definitely going back. Thank you for our fun!
That time a 9 took home the "strike pot" I didn't much care for that, I can only assume those who have also thrown a 9 for money and not won feel the same. 700$ should be earned. Regular moonlight bowling can wait, if people continue to pay you for a raffle at the "strike pot", you better give them a chance instead of just donating it.
