My daughter had her wedding on 3/19/2016. What an amazing place. Lot's of compliments on the room and food. The food was amazing. I could not have asked for a better place to have her wedding. Everyone was very helpful and pleasant. Service was great and if I had to do it all over again, this would be the place. Thank you for making Jen's day very special!
Horrible customer service and management. Had to deal with these nasty drunk guys in a lane next to me, and even after letting the manager know, nothing happened. I ended up leaving and will NOT be going back. Can't believe they didn't stand up for me after I said something.
Went moonlight bowling and when our cab didn't come after waiting over a 40 minutes, Dakota (an employee of RCE) brought us home to Buffalo. Who does that these days!? Made our night!
Oh my!! Been here a few times in the last couple months and service is horrible!! It always takes forever. As a customer I hear an awful lot of complaining from employees talking crap about other employers instead of waiting on customers!!! I'm about done giving this place chances to get better. Don't even bother trying to talk to a manager.
We had our wedding here on 8/15/15! It was soooo much fun and the staff was amazing! Mia was so helpful and the halls were beautiful.
We had our wedding here last weekend and the staff was SO helpful! They made the banquet room look absolutely stunning. Everyone commented how delicious the food was and it was nicely presented. There isn't one bad thing about I have to say about this whole experience with River city extreme & Mia/Jake. We had the perfect wedding!!
