Every time I deal with Foto Club I am happy with their service. Once I waited until the last minute to order media and they got it to me extra fast. If you call to ask them something they have the time for you. Today I was having trouble with a dye sub printer that I didn't even buy from them and Ruben gave me telephone tech support for two hours until we got the issues resolved! They are local to me and I wish I can support them more but it's apparent that their customer service is very poor. Experience bad email communication (they were sending email to a unknown email address even I corrected them), my package didn't arrive & didn't get a replacement (contacted UPS and shipper - FotoClub). Where's my replacement paper that's worth $212?
