And this last month when I had an issue with one of my printers, Ruben waited for me to arrive way after closing time. He helped fix the issue with my printer and I am so thankful on how knowledgeable he was and helpful. I drove 2 hours to meet him and he was above exceptional. TEN Stars.

I walked in from my boss to pick up some ink and paper. My boss didn’t tell me it was two boxes so the lady at the counter and only give me one. We discussed to them what happened and they actually said that they saw me on camera with two boxes. A complete lie to the manager Ruben didn’t want to help us and when I asked to see the video that he saw he said he couldn’t do it. Do not buy anything from these people
