Super Amazing Fast Delivery and AWESOME customer service! I heard about Foto Club from a Friend when I was in an emergency and need the media for my printer ASAP. I had an order placed at TWO other different companies...but it was delayed... As usual. I contacted Foto Club and OMG!!! They saved me from canceling a very important event where printing was needed. I had the most amazing experience with Ruben Gama, he is so genuine and sincere. He answered my calls and texts and was super helpful with my odd printer issue. He took his time to explain troubleshooting to me and fixed my printer, my hero of the day for sure🙌🏻
They are the BEST...... Always friendly, happy to help! You can see their smile on the phone! They jump thru hoops to accommodate and either make it right, or make it happen.... We'd never shop anywhere else....
Ruben is the man! After tirelessly trying to fix my DS40 printer (wouldn't print for some reason), I brought the printer over & stopped by Fotoclub's office in Santa Fe Springs with the printer & Ruben somehow fixed it... and didn't even charge me! Highly recommend working with this guy and the company he runs. Thanks Ruben!
Want to give a shout out to Ruben at Fotoclub, Inc! He has always come through when I needed assistance with my DNP printers!
