Well I can't say enough about the staff.. They are friendly and knowledgeable, go out of the way to be helpful.. The quality of work is exceptional... and I never had to deal with the insurance company even better... Just finsihed the 2nd car in the family.. Highly Recommended...
They have worked on 3 of my cars including our Camaro convertible after getting hit by a deer that went all the way down the driver's side. The repairs have always been beautiful. When there was a an issue with the window adjusting properly to the convertible top, they were quick to respond and took care of it in minutes with no hassles. Doing a beautiful job upfront is important. I was referred here by State Farm for a minor accident. The staff was very friendly, they had a great turnaround time, and took care of everything! Overall a great experience! The car looks great and they even wiped down the inside, which is 100% not their job, but so appreciated! I hope I don’t have to come back for any work but should I need it, I would definitely come here first!
I appreciate the great work Foster's has done in the past for my family! Today I asked them to look my car over and they let me know that I didn't need to have anything done after a minor bumper tap. They also got a cover back in place before sending me on my way. Great customer service :)
I’ve trusted these guys with 2 of my cars now and after today, I can’t imagine letting anyone else ever touch my cars. When I dropped it off this morning, hubby had taken a detour to get there and it appeared I didn’t have a ride so they offered to take me home (hubs finally showed up). And when I actually had no way to pick up my finished vehicle, they came to pick me up! They do great work but they also seem to genuinely care about their customers.
