Great company highly recommend for any needs!
Foster's have expanded the number of communities that they manage from when I first started working for them six years ago. I have seen first hand the improvements the Fosters bring to a community in the quality of the staff, food, furnishings, activities, and nursing care once a community enters their family. I would never hesitate to refer a personal friend or loved one to any of their properties.
I have worked for this family a total of 23 years, in skilled and assisted living. Each time I work for them (I worked out of town for awhile), I feel a sense of relief, because they have became like family to me. I have learned a lot from them over the years, and consider them to be both mentors and great leaders. This company was built here in the Queen City, and is well known. Definitely a great place to work and to consider for your loved one!
