The lady that works the phones is super rude.
As a resident here I can honesty say that if it weren'tforthe DCRA and OfficeoftheAttorneyGeneral we would continue to be forced to live in deplorable conditions. Our owners New Bethel Baptist Church has let this building deteriorate to force the tenants to leave so they can get more money
