Very bad service and very rude people, I have installed fan and led ceiling light in my new condo. Both lights flicker, something is wrong with switches. When one of the lady called me to schedule call, she was so arrogant and rude while talking and at the end she decided that because my fan was installed by third party, warranty is void. I did not receive any documentation when I bought house from Zypher that installing fan will void my electrical warranty.
