I was strolling around Sea Isle City today and I happened to come across this lovely studio on the corner called Forza Fitness. It happened to be their grand opening and they had an exercise class, oils and nutritional coaching as well! Lorelle, the owner was welcoming and so wonderful to work with. I will definitely be coming back to try more of their classes very soon!
I love the aerial yoga class. It's my Sunday routine. Lorelle is fantastic. It's fun, a great stretch, a great stress relief, and brings back your inner child. I just tried their CIZE class with Brandon which is like a dance session. A good workout which is so much fun that it doesn't feel like a workout. The time flew by and I can't wait to do it again. Thanks Forza for your great classes.
