I Love Lorelle's Sunday Aerial Yoga class..can't go every week as I live in Cape May..but every time I go I feel in my Happy Place and always leave feeling calm and centered! Lorelle is a gem!
Five of us took the aerial yoga class. We ranged in age from 52 to 68. Lorelle was a caring patient instructor giving us confidence to push our limits to try new positions. If you suffer from motion sickness may not want to take this class.
Love the class. Thanks for having me. I would love to do Aerial yoga again.
