Awesome studio! Very accommodating and the trainers are AWESOME!! best aerial yoga EVER!! Love that you can also get a massage and facial there also. Lorelle is a very nice person and works with me and my teenage son to get the best deals possible. Highly recommended! Dan is an awesome trainer and is very patient and understanding with special needs kids. Worth every penny! 1st class service!
Aerial yoga was an awesome workout that I didn't even realize I was getting till the next morning. Great instructor who made you feel safe. I will definitely go back.
I tried out Forza Fitness's aerial yoga class, and it was a blast! Lorelle lead a private class for a party and we all got to push our limits by trying a new style of yoga. I loved how much I was able to stretch using the aerial yoga hammocks. Lorelle was also so easy to coordinate with and plan our private event, thank you Forza Fitness and Lorelle for a great time!!
Forza is the place your looking for with year round variety in a gym ! Lorelle and Dan are so talented & excellent at personalizing your training experience!!!
Forza Fitness is the perfect spot to train, box, aerial yoga, etc. My personal favorite is the aerial yoga! It gives you the ability to stretch further while working on balance with the safety of using a hammock. The studio is well equipped and also offers workout clothing for purchase. Forza Fitness is definitely the place to get your workouts in!
