I was very pleased with my entire experience at ForwardDental. After a not so great experience at another clinic, this is exactly what I was looking for. They were able to see me for an appointment relatively quickly. The receptionist was energetic, warm and very friendly. My hygienist, Stacy, was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and both she and the dentist were super accommodating when I had to hurry the appointment along due to a meeting. Very caring people and very knowledgeable! The doctor was very thorough.
This place is a joke. I had an appointment for my son and they even called to confirm it, then when we got there they claimed my appointment was on a different day. I am very anal about appointments and scheduling things. So I know I would never schedule an appointment on a day that I work 9-8. They were not apologetic at all or even willing to try and get us in earlier so now we have to wait another month for him to get in. Horrible customer service.
