The main reason I came I was due to a chipped tooth. Found 2 cavities to wanted to have everything done at the same time. Cavities were filled but chipped tooth was not corrected.
The hygienist and dentist were the best I have had in years. They were both so nice and polite and really listened to what I was saying. :)

I used to go here and are you paid for A night guard to be made that I never ended up getting made about a year and a half ago I have now spoke with the office lady three times within two months and was told they would get a callback from the supervisor to get my money back and I have still not got a call from the supervisor every time I call they give me the same runaround they basically at this point have stolen $630 from me that I want back I do not want the night guard I do not want to give you guys any of my business ev... read more
Dr Milo, was very patient, and Linda was excellent, put you to ease throughout the procedure. Will definitely recommend Forward Dental to my friends and family.

My husband hadn't been to the dentist in several years and had some pretty sensitive teeth. They put him completely at ease. Expalined everything very well and throughly. He really liked his dental hygeniest (she is adorable and kind).
