Dr Peng Li is worse than a google doctor. She spoke slowly to make your stand consultation to long consultation. Explanation is “being patient”. Prescribed unnecessary bloody test which not bulk billed.

Dr Qiong Yue Teo is extremely patient, detailed and easy to talk to. If you are anxious about seeing the doctor, she will help your anxieties melt away. Definitely recommended! Edit: unfortunately Dr Teo has left the clinic and i cannot recommend other doctors from this clinic. Was charged a full gap fee for a 2 minute phone call to tell me about a test result
In the past I left 5 stars as the front desk staff and the doctors were really caring and kind. But now it's been a few times I felt unheard and rushed, and, after today, very disappointed. I booked a telehealth appointment as I tested positive for COVID, the doctor, who called 45 minutes late, rushed the phone call (2 mins 10 sec), barely asked any questions and made me feel like I could not explain properly.
