I rarely leave negative reviews, but the ongoing AC situation at The Edison (Verona, Wisconsin) has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. My AC has had ongoing problems, and a contractor has already been sent out four times. Each time, I hoped the issue would finally be resolved, but there still has not been a permanent solution. They charged me for a carpet cleaning fee for "very strong food smell" when I had already moved out two weeks prior, which meant nobody was living there cooking or eating within that time frame. I also had friends and family help me move and clean and they didn't smell anything. The carpet had just been replaced 11 months prior and I hardly cooked anything that smelled a lot. Was working with Tanner on an apartment approval - he would not call back and things were not made clear. I called the manager who also was unhelpful and blamed me for not asking the right questions. Last time I checked, it is the property sales person's job to communicate with the customer and clearly explain things. Stay away from this place!!
Worked with various staff in the apartment hunting game these last few months. Jake and Carlos are wonderful professionals. We haven’t rented yet, and the experience has been great so far.
Predatory practices - would avoid renting from at all costs. Black mold is also rampant through most buildings
