They charged me for a carpet cleaning fee for "very strong food smell" when I had already moved out two weeks prior, which meant nobody was living there cooking or eating within that time frame. Was working with Tanner on an apartment approval - he would not call back and things were not made clear. I called the manager who also was unhelpful and blamed me for not asking the right questions. Last time I checked, it is the property sales person's job to communicate with the customer and clearly explain things. Stay away from this place!!
Worked with various staff in the apartment hunting game these last few months. Jake and Carlos are wonderful professionals. We haven’t rented yet, and the experience has been great so far.
Predatory practices - would avoid renting from at all costs. Black mold is also rampant through most buildings
Overcharged for rent and terrible maintenance. Greedy management company. Your rent will increase $100 per year minimum. I've found used needles on apartment sidewalks. Had to forcibly remove people sleeping on my patio. Routinely see people trying to break into vehicles in parking lot and in underground parking.
