My girlfriend and I toured several apartments over a few days and were lucky to have Carlos Guzman helping us out. He was very personable, knowledgeable of the units, communities, and the rest of this area (super helpful as we’re Hoosiers).
Overcharged for rent and terrible maintenance. Greedy management company. Your rent will increase $100 per year minimum. I've found used needles on apartment sidewalks. Had to forcibly remove people sleeping on my patio. Routinely see people trying to break into vehicles in parking lot and in underground parking.
Carlos was great and showed us everything we wanted within our budget! Very professional and kind, answered all our questions and went above and beyond for our needs. Thank you, Carlos, for your help!
Hard to work with.
Property is unsafe. Rent is high, not including underground parking for $75 monthly. My vehicle was broken into, while parked in the underground “secured lot with video surveillance” and management won’t return my call with urgency and I’ve left 2 voicemails because they don’t seem to like to work during their office hours. The company will steal your money with high prices while their tenants steal your property in this “safe” community. DO NOT RENT WITH FOWARD MANAGEMENT NORTH STAR.
