Overcharged for rent and terrible maintenance. Greedy management company. Your rent will increase $100 per year minimum. I've found used needles on apartment sidewalks. Had to forcibly remove people sleeping on my patio. Routinely see people trying to break into vehicles in parking lot and in underground parking. My girlfriend and I toured several apartments over a few days and were lucky to have Carlos Guzman helping us out. He was very personable, knowledgeable of the units, communities, and the rest of this area (super helpful as we’re Hoosiers).
