I am a tenant renting at The Preserve at Swan Creek. Almost all basic maintenance stopped back in 2018. My HVAC system is full of black mold and it is growing in the decks. I have paid out of pocket to replace the smoke and co2 alarms in the common areas of the condos they rent because they failed to replace them after multiple requests.
