If only I could give ZERO stars! Ordered appliances from Samsung and it'll take maybe an hour to even get through customer service. Guys who came to install, literally left appliances in the middle of the kitchen and made the most lame excuses to not install from the get-go! Said they were filling out paperwork in the truck to reschedule, next thing you know, they drove off! No signature, no explanation, no nothing. Ridiculous! Worsttt.
They have no call no showed twice with the delivery of my refrigerator. Furthermore, they’ve apparently been in possession of the fridge for over a month. I’ve called numerous times trying to get to the bottom of this issue and nobody can explain why this is happening. Absolutely embarrassing!
