Stan and me talked about the beautiful new office and dental space. Wonderful taste in colors. We have received wonderful dental care from this office since 2006. We expect to continue to choose Forum Dental for our dental care. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Service was super! From the front office to the dentist; Dawn was the person who took my impressions and made me comfortable with my visit. A dental visit that was pleasant!
No Appointment I had a dental situation arise, and I called Forum Dental, and they got me right in. Even though I didn't have an appointment. They treat you, like they have known you for years. Very courteous!

Great group. I put off coming in way to long but they took care of my neglect quickly. Since my FitBit says I was taking a nap during nearly the entire appointment it was done gently and with great care.
