They all work together, nice and helpful
This is a wonderful office. I am always so happy with how they do. They are great with my kid and are always great have smiling faces. New Dr is great too. He kind and friendly.

I have had my teeth cleaned twice at Forum Dental and really appreciated the care that the hygienist has taken. I have never had such a thorough job done. My teeth were squeaky clean when I left the office.

Having visited this Dentist's office for the first time, I must say I was pleasantly surprised with its friendly environment and attentiveness of its persona towards me as their first-time patient. The staff was intelligent, understanding, and benevolent. I was greatly impressed with Dr. Johnsen, specifically, being very sympathetic, involved, and determined to have all my concerns addressed and needs met. Very modern, neat, and clean office. Super friendly and welcoming staff. Experienced and knowledgeable Dental Hygenist. Mine(Daphine) was great.
