BUYER BEWARE!!!! They will happily take your money but will refuse to stand behind their product. After you take possession of your home, any issues that arise will be referred to their attorneys and will not be addressed. They are terrible at communicating with their customers. Basically, once you’ve paid for the home, they no longer care about you. There was a huge turnover in Management which has compounded the problem. DO NOT TRUST THEM.
