We just took our whole family of three in for our first visit. We were met with the nicest front desk ladies, followed by the best nurses and Doctor. They made our apts. back to back and had a room large enough to accommodate all three of us. My young daughter had to get some vaccines and the nurses were fantastic with her. The doctor spent time with each of us making us all feel welcome. We are so excited to have Fortuna Family Medicine as our new doctors office.
I like it here a lot. Sometimes they are a bit slow at getting prescriptions to the pharmacy but then, the pharmacy I'm with (walgreens) is hella slow at processing orders as well. Can't blame them cause they only have 1 person working at times. Overall, I like Fietuna Family Medicine. I like thw staff, they are very sweet and friendly.
Dr. B is the absolute best doctor here when it comes to seeing his patients but the medical staff, office lady’s, managers, HR, getting your medication or referrals on time is not their cup of tea, AT ALL. They took me off medication for another one that they know my insurance won’t cover and it’s been now 8 days of this review that I still haven’t received any medication to replace the one they took me off of.
