EDIT: I have addressed all my concerns with the staff, and they were actually extremely sympathetic towards my situation and also seemed genuinely disgusted by Vickie's actions. They promptly sent me my moms FULL records, which I've only just now looked at. Unfortunately, Vickie basically just lied on every single report, but on the bright side, every single page is formatted incorrectly and she also contradicts herself almost every other sentence. Very thorough and compassionate they get you in as soon as possible
What happened? Fortuna Family Medicine used to be an excellent clinic with caring staff, smooth operations, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. But over the past year, it has completely gone downhill. The new management is unprofessional, very inexperienced, its embarrassing and a joke, and significantly lacks the basic respect and competence this office once stood for. We just took our whole family of three in for our first visit. We were met with the nicest front desk ladies, followed by the best nurses and Doctor. They made our apts. back to back and had a room large enough to accommodate all three of us. My young daughter had to get some vaccines and the nurses were fantastic with her. The doctor spent time with each of us making us all feel welcome. We are so excited to have Fortuna Family Medicine as our new doctors office.
