He Appraised a property that has a record sale of 195 k in 1998. 24year later for 220k. even the borough is taxing at 235 k property is up to date no major issue . Current sales around 360k . Cost to rebuild is 650k . This is happening in 2022 where every house price is double, for self interest reason, mine is losing value.
