I have excellent insurance, nonetheless they wanted detailed financial information. This is despite the fact their computer said I only had a small copay, which I pay upfront before seeing a provider. They weren't happy when I refused. They wanted to do extensive medical tests, despite the fact I had current testing from another provider (albeit, out of the area). My kids visit the dentist here. We have since had my younger two referred to Burre because they are better and more equipped with a pediatric dentist. However my oldest still goes here. They do a good job listening to him and adjusting for his pain levels. Short wait time for appointments but can be months before you can book.
