I brought my brother some laundry and clothes personal hygiene etc. It would have been a good experience except for the wait for them to respond at the visitor entrance took like 30mins. Y? Ain't like y'all is busy. Just because I'm not your friends or family doesn't mean I don't deserve the same respect. Maybe that's what pey really have to try to do imagine it is your family standing out in the cold waiting. Would you make them just stand there for 30mins. I doubt it.
Good luck dealing with this place. The main line never gets you anywhere because nobody answers, so you go in constant circles pressing numbers and getting nowhere. Finally I reached out to AP&P and was given a supervisor’s number. Her name is Amber D Miller. She cuts you off when you’re talking, says she’ll help then doesn’t. She’ll text you and then turn around and say you can’t text her. She always sounds like she’d rather be doing anything else but talking to you, and treats you like YOU’re the one on parole.
