Family feel, love the classes, instructors and all.
Took my grandson for a kids yoga class , the instructor Brittany Filips was awesome ! Very patient and kind to those kids ! I bet she's the same way with the adult yoga classes ! She is an asset to your company❤️
This place is great! I'm a first timer for a lot of these classes. I've tried the sculpt, flow and barre yoga. Each class I've left completely covered in sweat (gross I know sorry) but if I'm being honest this place really gets you moving. The instructors are not only motivating but positive. If you can't do the move or pose they teach you ways to make it easier for you but still get that burn. I'm about to try hot yoga for the time and i can't wait!
Such a wonderful gym/studio & community! Such great trainers & teachers! I absolutely love all the variety of classes! And- my kids love going to play in the kidfit playroom!
I want to recommend Fortis Fitness & Yogalux. The facility is amazing (soooo nice) and offers personal training and a wide variety of classes (Barre, Hot Yoga, etc). There is child care too! The staff is wonderful, the classes and personal trainers are excellent and they put a comprehensive plan in place to help achieve your goals. It's been a great experience and I've never felt better.
