Delicious food, all fresh ingredients, love how they buy their food from local farmers. Friendly staff and Jack the owner was a very nice person, he opened the door for us when we were leaving asked us how our meal was, and welcomed us back again.
The food and the service was fantastic....so much so, we tried to go there for Father'sDay but it was booked up for brunch!!! Will definitely keep going back!
We visited Fortify today and we were completely blown away! We live 30 minutes away, but might just have to make the trek often. We had our first meal at Fortify recently and we can't stop raving about it. Right off the bat, the delicious French Pear Martini made quite an impression. Your friendly wait staff was knowledgeable and helped us select a very nice wine, to compliment our scallops and duck entries which chief prepared to perfection. We finished with a delicious apple tart and ice cream. It was a meal we will long remember. We tell everyone we know about Fortify and we look forward to our next visit. We went to Fortify for my Bachelorette party and it couldn't have been more perfect! The drinks were delicious, unique and a perfect combination. The food was amazing, and so fresh tasting. Some had steak, some had fish and we all cleaned our plates. If you go in definitely ask for John as your server he did a great job at making me feel special but also explaining all the dishes and has the best personality. We will be back absolutely no question at all! What a great night.
