If there was a 5 star option I would have picked it! Chris and Erika at Forte absolutely made a process that could have been a nightmare as easy as possible. Moving to Austin from out of state, I started my search online for owner finance property, and mostly got a lot of spam a solicitation emails and no real customer service. I believed that owning a home was something that was not possible for me due to a less than perfect credit history. I was surprised,and a little dubious when Chris, at Forte, suggested I try to get conventional financing. Well, not only did we get our financing, but Chris and Erika were able to tick every one of the numerous boxes we had for our house purchase. Schools, location, size etc. They made the unlikely a reality for us. I am so glad that we contacted Forte. No regrets, and nothing but praise for a job well done.
