Horrible place , do not come here unless you never want to have medicine or ever see a dr , here is my experience with this place , I’m a diabetic and have been for two years , I see my doctor at least twice a year , I moved to this location, thinking it would be a nicer place then the one on the other side of town ,first to get my medication dr said she needs blood work , I said ok no problem but I have to come back and pay another co payment for labs , I’m like ok , then I have to make a third dr appointment for the dr Mel... read more

Forte Family Practice refuses to call my pharmacy with the correct code for medication refill and I’m running out. I’ve left 12 messages to no avail. I’ve spoken to one person who said he sent the information to his manager the week before and there’s nothing he can do. When I call them I get a message saying I’m “# 20 in the cue” or whatever outrageous number depending on how many people are ahead waiting for someone to pick up the phone. I have been going to this doctor's office for years even before it was Forte family practice and they took over. Now you're Outsourcing all your phone calls? So your patients leave multiple messages not only voice messages but messages with your actual outsourced live operators and you guys don't get back? Are you guys going out of business! My prescription is supposed to be filled on August 7th when I came in to see the doctor and I'm still trying to get you guys to fill my prescriptions I'm out as of today I'm supposed to ... read more
The medial professionals are good, it’s just that the website doesn’t work and they don’t call back to get appointments scheduled. Go elsewhere.
