As a resident for the last year and a half I would strongly advise against living here. The building is an active construction zone. There is constant noise throughout business hours, so if you work from home or night shifts forget it. There are currently no amenities like gym, working, space, lobby, etc. You have to enter the building through the basement parking garage. It’s a a great located but we were even more impressed by Cole and how well he managed the building. It’s not easy to deal with so much construction - he responded quickly and resolved every issue.
5 stars for the management and maintenance team here! Cole, Jacob, Larry and Pun were all incredibly helpful and kind. I lived at 1440 Beacon for 2 years, and the staff was always so willing to help. Cole and Jacob in the management office were always available, able to assist with my needs, and compassionate. Larry went above and beyond for me during my time there with any and all maintenance requests. He is truly kind, and his crew is absolutely fantastic. I appreciate them!
Had lived here for a year during the whole time I spent in Boston. Love this city and definitely love how convenient this apartment had brought to me to commute to anywhere. But still wants to give a heads-up to people who is looking for a modern&high-end apartment, this might not what you want, but still a good place to rent. The leasing office is super helpful!! Responded concerns very quickly and kindly. Had a comfy time in this building.
