Some people complain about living here, but in my opinion it’s the nicest complex to live in Brookline. I’m a real estate broker, and I know most landlords are terrible in the Boston area, but this place is awesome and very responsive if anything breaks, which it usually doesn't. They make you pay for renter's insurance, but it's worth it because I accidentally broke a window with my skateboard, but thankfully it was covered! I lived in this apartment for a year, and I HIGHLY recommend it. I only moved because of my work. Below are the pros and cons for prospective residents to consider when deciding: Pros: 1. Great location near Coolidge Corner with Green Line C branch literally downstairs 2. This is an ideal building for people who want to come home from work and listen to their neighbors drinking and shouting late into the night on the muddy patio behind the building a few feet from their bedroom windows. However, it's not the best place to live for working professionals, parents with children (who need to sleep), or seniors and is better suited to Allston than Brookline.
