I have lived here for a few years now. I came from canal square apartments which was the worst experience of my life. Forte on the other hand is like a god send. The minimal issues I’ve ever had have been immediately handled by management (all of these issues were truly not their fault like packages getting left outside and stolen). One time my food got stolen from DoorDash and they literally contacted me to send me the video proof and set up extra safety precautions. Thin walls, can get very loud in the evenings with an outdoor rock concert venue near the apartment. Temp in the elevator and lobby is never controlled, meaning super cold in winter and hot and humid in Summer. There is only one garbage disposal area. Only thing I like about this apartment is the layout for a studio.
Lived here for a year and needless to say this has been my fav apartment ever! The door and windows feel so secured, and I’ve never had any troubles with mails or packages. The management and service team were also awesome, I’ve really good experience with them regarding maintenance request and move in/out procedures. Lovely neighborhood as well, with lots of a nice restaurents & cafes. Would definitely recommend!
overpriced and becoming a bit dated. Elevator broke down a while back and took some time to get fixed. Neighbors can be loud at times.
