Fort Worth Harley Davidson is great! Lt. Dan is the best salesperson. He will do everything in his power to get you on a bike. It may not be exactly what you want, but I am happy with the 2018 XL1200 custom that he got me on. The taillight was not working the day I bought it, and Ft Worth Harley Davidson got it fixed with no out-of-pocket expense for me. They even gave me a free t-shirt for my inconvenience. Lt. In May of 2022, I was sold a motorcycle by this establishment. 4 months later in September, I decided that the bike wasn’t for me and wanted something different. Well it turns out that I was tremendously over charged and now they won’t even come close to pay off on a trade. I know it’s business but this establishment is supposedly family oriented and wants to keep you as a customer for life. Or so I thought. Bought a 2020 Road Glide Special in November 2020. The purchase price was good, but that’s where the customer service ended. The license plate came in and I was notified, so I rode back and they handed it to me (no offer to install).
