I JUST GOT MY CAR ON THE 15of last month it stop on me want start I try to call the carlot I get reply back but they quick to call me about the inspection sticker But want text back on nothing else
Zero STars, this place is aweful... BUt car In Nov 2014 , still haven't received title and its Feb 2015, They never replie back either. Makes me so Mad. I cant even trade the Junk off , NO TITLE. Well just talk to tags office and a lawyer. Tags office said NO way it should take that long. Lawyer .... well I cant talk about it , But ill spend 5x times what I paid for car to make a point. and I normally the NICE guy. RUN FROM THESE PEOPLE>>>>>>
Wouldn't recommend the place to anyone. The cars are decent but they make you dance around the place for everything. They'll ask for the entire money upfront but you dont get your plates until the paper tags are out and even after that you'll have to chase them down. Do not believe any promises that they make you.
DO NOT BUY FROM FORT WORTH AUTO EXCHANGE! I purchased a cash vehicle from them. Within the first week it broke down for different reasons and had to be towed twice with 4 days of purchasing. I've had it now for less than a month and it has broke down atleast 5 times leaving my child and I stranded in the heat. This dealership is crooked and should be ashamed of themselves.
