RecommendedDr. Banks and staff is the most professional, compassionate vet team I have met!! Our sweet kitty, Morgan, was diagnosed with cancer last year, and Dr. Banks went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure Morgan was comfortable during each procedure. After Morgan passed, the team sent condolences, and notes about how much they loved our sweet girl. RecommendedThe most compassionate, understanding, patient, honest, educated and down to earth Veterinarian my fur-babies and I have ever dealt with... Dr. Tordrup. She made one of the hardest decisions and experiences that my sweet fur-baby and I have had, very comforting and I couldn’t be more thankful and appreciative.
Worst customer service ever! They tell you one thing that’s getting done and then without confirming with you do something else and then hand you the bill!

RecommendedWe were at a loss when our veterinarian of 20 years retired. Fortunately we were referred to FSV. We have found the staff to be very knowledgable and could feel the same personal care that we had with our previous vet. Knowledge and experience matter quite a bit but so do trusting relationships and FSV provides all three.
Dr. Banks was professional and kind. I had a wonderful experience at Fort Street Vet and will continue to bring my animals here. They are knowledgeable, have a very clean and well kept facility, and made recommendations that were best for my pet.
I would highly recommend NOT going to Fort Street Vet to visit Dr. Bussleman. He was extremely rude, inconsiderate of my feelings, gave short explanations, and did not seem interested in the care of my animal whatsoever. He also lied about the treatment plan, saying that I had two weeks to decide how I would like to proceed with the care of my dog. He did not give me these two week and instead called the Humane Society to report that our dog is being mistreated, when he realized we weren’t going to pay hundreds to thousands ... read more
