I waited acouple months to post about this so Id calm down. We brought my dog Jojo here since we got her and have spent at least over $8,000(probably alot more total due to 2 ACL surgeries). They saw her from a puppy to 15 years old. Her last couple days she was really struggling so we knew the time was coming. Her last day was a struggle so we called Fort Street Vet to bring her in and let her rest....THEY ACTED LIKE THEY HAD NEVER HEARD OF HER OR US BEFORE and literally said we dont have time for that today! 1) They were grumpy with me because I had not picked up my cat at the end of the day; they actually called me 10 minutes after the facility closed. I told them that I had not received a call that he was ready; they said they left one; when I showed up, they reversed themselves and said that they had not left one because my voice mail was full. Dr. Tordrup is an angel this world needs! When my son was 2 weeks old my cat tried to die on me but Shauna and the amazing vet techs at Fort Street wouldn't let him leave me. I'm forever grateful to her for her swift action that prevented one of the happiest times of my life becoming a nightmare. ❤
Outstanding service. Dr. Bussleman and his team are informative and incredibly detailed. It is great knowing that our dogs are getting the best treatment possible.
