RecommendedDr. Tordrup found the fat mass in my Mikey, and told us to see a soft tissue specialist. Iowa State Vet School had never seen this and were writing a paper on it.
I cannot be anymore appreciative for what Fort Street has done for my animals. They’ve done a great job addressing their anxiety about coming to appointments and trying to make is easier on everyone. My dog has had some ongoing medical needs and Dr Tordrup has kept in touch with me via email to check on how My dog is doing and making sure we are feeling supported in decisions that are best for us and our animals while also remaining realistic. RecommendedFrom the day I began going to Fort Street Vet in 2012, I have been treated like family there. They were supportive when I had to put my dog down that following January and even sent a follow up sympathy card. They have cared for and treated my current dog like their own as well. He was recently sick and they called to check in on him! They explain procedures in depth and have some of the most caring staff! Buddy even gets super excited to go for his yearly checkup to see Dr. Tordrup!

We pet parents should always do our home work first so we can ask good questions and be confident that our pets get the best care.
