I really like my dr I see here but the last nurse I had to deal with was absolutely horrible to me. He made me feel awful. Drilled me on one of the forms I filled out dealing with depression. I did not appreciate that at all! Learn some damn beside manner and how to talk to patients. I’m sorry I was such an inconvenience to you and made you have to do some work that day. 🙄 He was very rude checking my vitals as well. PCM that listens and cares! Great medical team.
They have a sign that says closed 3rd Thursday every month for training totally makes sense valid but they were closed through 1310 on the first Thursday of the month. Waited a long time for them to open at least have someone at the front desk to let people in it’s December and cold. They could at least update their sign or tell us to come back. I don’t know how they haven’t thought of one person just making up the training separately or staggering lunches.

Again trying to call multiple times this morning and it’s saying unavailable. I guess I will keep trying maybe someone will decide to answer the phone if I leave another message I’m sure no one will return my call.
