love the medical staff BUT I’ve had ongoing issues with the the older black woman not answering the phone. she refused to give her name. the previous receptionist rarely answered calls, and after she was replaced, the situation has not improved. it’s extremely frustrating to have to call the dental office side, which is a few inches away, just to get transferred over, while repeated calls to the front desk go unanswered throughout the day. even when you do get lucky enough to have her answer the phone, she ALWAYS has an atti... read more
I love my primary care provider she is awesome she listens and does everything to make sure that I get what I need
Purposely holding my care hostage and delaying my prenatal care. Tricare swapped me to this clinic as my PCM without consent/notification while my other pcm had my Obgyn referral pending, this clinic is refusing to send me back to my original pcm due to wanting to take unnecessary tests and charge my insurance for unnecessary procedures prior to swapping me back.
I really like my dr I see here but the last nurse I had to deal with was absolutely horrible to me. He made me feel awful. Drilled me on one of the forms I filled out dealing with depression. I did not appreciate that at all! Learn some damn beside manner and how to talk to patients. I’m sorry I was such an inconvenience to you and made you have to do some work that day. 🙄 He was very rude checking my vitals as well.
