Wonderful staff and atmosphere; however, was spoken to so condescendingly yesterday that my daughter (who is only four) asked if she had to go back to see the “mean guy” again as I was loading her into the car. I told her no, she didn’t. We went to River Valley Pediatric Dental today to have the exact same thing done (looking at a tooth), and they actually listened to me and were extremely considerate and caring. As a mom, the anxiety of anything bringing my kids discomfort unnerves me. For my 3 year old son to be comfortable enough in the environment you have created from START to FINISH amazes me. He loves the wait and play arcade, he loves the movies during exams/ procedures, the popsicle after, to the stickers when we go. The staff is gentle and polite, and Dr. Acosta is quick, and has great manners. THANK YOU for telling my son what you were doing before you did it, and making sure HE was ok each step of the way.
