I would leave zero stars if I could, They decided to change their office rules to where parents cannot go back with their small children and booked us out for a cavity filing for 3 months and the day before his appointment decided to tell us this new rule and refused to let me go back with him, we have switched Dentist to River Valley Pedatric Dentistry where I WILL be allowed to be with my child the whole time. This office has gone down hill since Dr. Murphy left. We will not be returning as patients.

I've asked them to reschedule my child's appointment to a pm time several times. I keep getting told they will call me back. They refuse to work with me on there hours.
I have been bringing all of my kids here since they were babies and my oldest son is now 18 up until March of this year. We took our 2 small children in one is three and the other five to be seen. My 5 year old was having a tooth ache plus it was time for their cleaning and checkup. We get there and right off the bat the receptionist was rude I brush that off and we went to play games and waited almost 2 hours to be seen didn't make a fuss about that was trying to be unders...
