haven't had issue with medical personnel as they have been informative about procedures, have been accommodating, and have been relatively quick the times I've gone. but every receptionist I've spoken with in-person or over the phone made me feel like a burden for interacting with them. i understand their job must be frustrating, but anyone needing their assistance is struggling too and needs at least some compassion.
Nurses were amazing during my mom Melissa Long’s surgery! Everyone was friendly and very comforting.
Everyone was absolutely fantastic. They all took care of me from the very beginning to the very end, they made sure I was comfortable leaving and I didn’t feel rushed at all. When I needed help, the recovery nurse was right there the whole time. I unfortunately do not remember any names.
Dr. Mabe thoroughly explained my hysterectomy procedure and associated risks. The surgery was performed without any issues. The Fort Sanders nurses and staff that treated me during and after my procedure were great too.
