Great if you just need a check up but, if your getting prescribed something and trying to get a medication. They’re not very helpful with insurance, they’re nurses station is super nice but take days to get back to you if at all. I feel like if you have it where your patients can not contact anyone but the front desk helpers then, you should take your voice mail box very seriously!

I have had nothing but great experiences at Fort Sanders Women’s Specialist. The front desk staff has always been professional and kind, and I’ve never had any issues making an appointment. I see Dr. Harmon, and while she’s my first OBGYN, I can say she is incredibly professional, intelligent, and explains everything clearly without making you feel stupid. If you are planning a natural & unmediated birth this is NOT the hospital for you! I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable, all they did was push an agenda to have me drugged up and have my baby when they want so i fit on their schedule.. they disregarded everything I asked and every nurse but 1 was heartless and treated me carelessly after a very traumatic birth. I wouldn’t wish my experience on any woman!
haven't had issue with medical personnel as they have been informative about procedures, have been accommodating, and have been relatively quick the times I've gone. but every receptionist I've spoken with in-person or over the phone made me feel like a burden for interacting with them. i understand their job must be frustrating, but anyone needing their assistance is struggling too and needs at least some compassion.
