My first visit was better- referred by a friend for HRT treatment. 1. Appt reminders are too close compared to similar establishments (appt made months out and only got a reminder the night before for “multiple appts-unclear what that could mean because that was all it said). Reminders doesn’t state what “multiple appts” are. I do not recommend. There is one receptionist always on the right with brown hair, she is so rude. I’ve already been in 3 times and each time she has been inconsiderate and dismissive to me. The staff are okay, not great. They switch me to different rooms and waiting rooms just to tell me they have no idea what’s wrong with me! Safe to say I won’t be going back. Wasted my time.
I love all the nurses on the 4th floor and my delivery was great. But the billing department is horrible and the billing manager Sarah is rude, insensitive and just shouldn’t work in customer service. I would really like to know who her boss is?
DR MABE is amazing, and all the nurses and staff in surgical care, triage, and O.R. staff soo professional. 5 stars
I’ve only came to this location for the Gardasil vaccines and both times now I’ve almost waited over an hour FOR A VACCINE! I’ve seen people come and go for their appointments and I’m still waiting for just a quick shot in the arm. I don’t fault the nurses, I totally get their busy. But, you’re meaning to tell me you only have 1 person who can give a shot in this office?!? Both times it was 1 person who said they were the only one. Doesn’t make sense.
