One minute I was told I can change the doctor I had because, he has a bad bedside manner. The next I was told I could not. Not a good place!!
There new all digital sign system is so bad took over half an hour to get signed in let even get taken back to a room after an hour waiting in there hallway bc the lobby is so full people being told to wait in hallway and at 4 months pregnant beih on my feet for over an hour and not to even be able to sit in the lobby yet.... Smh switching to a ob where this extreme difficult waste of time is standard practice
All details of my experience in surgery was great. My surgeon is awesome and told me what to expect in every step before surgery. He is professional and kind and cheerful. The hospital, staff, nurses and caretakers in every part of my day surgery — from pre-op to operating room- to recovery room and to a room on the floor where it was decided if I was being released —/ they ALL had professional, caring, and, encouraging protocol. All around the best!
I’ve been a patient at FSWS for almost 7 years now, and I have nothing but great things to say about them. Every experience I’ve had has been wonderful. I’ve seen them for routine GYN visits and care through two pregnancies, and they’ve been great. I’ve yet to have a practitioner I didn’t like (shout out to Drs. Pipkin and Foulk), and the nurse midwives (Stevie, Susanna, Lindy, Rebecca, and Deborah) are amazing.
