Some of the ladies here are amazing most aren’t but the parking garage attendants are horrendous they tried charging us $6 for parking in the garage for less than 2 hours then banned us for not wanting to pay $6 when it’s $3 a day, probably pocketing the extra $3 wouldn’t surprise me at all. Do better fort sanders!
I love the doctors here. However, some of the receptionist can be exceptionally rude. I have a re-occurring issue and by the time I leave an message and get a call back its gone. My doctor's nurse told me to call when it came back to get worked in right away. So when it came back I called. The first lady that answered the phone, put me on hold right away without even acknowledging me. Then after 5 or so min came back. I explained my issue she offered me an appt a month later. Horrible! Nurse staff never call back when you call with concerns. Dr Traver and Dr Garza are great but in need of a staff that cares about the patient. My daughter has had a hard pregnancy and have not been called back when calling in for advice or to see if can be seen. 35 weeks along having issues and can not get a response from staff.
Had a procedure here recently and I could not have asked for a better experience. Everyone, from the parking attendant all the way through to the discharge personnel, was kind, polite, and helpful. The nurses were wonderful and worked together as a great team.
I had surgery at Fort Sanders hospital in February with Dr Mabe. My nurse was Sally. They both were absolutely wonderful to me and was concerned about the medicine she gave me because of me being celiac. She even called the pharmacy to make sure it was gluten free. My only issue was the anesthesiologist. I told him I have a bad reaction to fentanyl, please don't use it. He said that is what he does and did.
