I have already left a review for this hospital when I gave birth. I am back with another amazing review. This time for the emergency room! I can not get over how amazing fort sanders is! Way better than Tennova. They are very quick and accurate at the front desk. Last time I went to tennova they got most of my information wrong specifically my address after I spelled it out and showed them it on my id. I was seen + treated very promptly and did not experience any wait time (practically unheard of for ERs). All of the nurses, staff, and doctors I saw were very professional and kind. The bed-side manner was great and I really felt like I was in good hands. I was in and out of the ER (with X-rays, bloodwork, & an MRI completed) in less than two hours with a diagnosis and treatment plan. I’ve been to UT hospital, Parkwest, and Blount Memorial but Fort Sanders Regional was the best.
Literally sat here for 3hours and still has not been seen. they really don’t care about people health at all . I got here and it was literally only 3 people . Now it’s a full lobby and I still have not been seen . The front desk ladies rude ash and needs to be fired . This hospital should have been shut down not st Mary’s I’ll update once I see a doctor. It’s currently 6:42pm
Had to make the unfortunate trip to the ER recently and I could not be happier with the care I received at Fort Sanders. Every single person I encountered in the ER was kind, compassionate, and concerned about why I was there. The wait was long, but that was to be expected for a weekend. They addressed all my concerns, made me feel so comfortable, and understood. I live outside of Knoxville and will continue to drive in to be seen at Fort Sanders ER if ever needed again. Thank you to all who helped me!
