Meredith is my favorite ultrasound tech! She is so kind, reassuring, informative, silly and just is the most amazing! 100/10! LOVE HER!!! She gets the good pictures every time!
This is my second pregnancy with them and I have zero complaints. Dr.Altizer is amazing! I always feel so heard and not just told “ it’s normal pregnancy stuff” I can not recommend her enough!
The doctors are fantastic but the nurses are absolutely awful. I couldn’t ever call the nurse line with a question without them getting extremely hateful and rude. This ended up with me switching to a different ob because I was so tired of being almost afraid to call. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Steven Pierce. He did not clearly explain what we would be doing during the appointment and proceeded with a cervical exam before I felt ready or properly informed. What concerned me most was how dismissive he was about a known mass in my cervix. While he mentioned that many are benign, he spoke as if that automatically applied to my case, without appropriate evaluation or reassurance. That felt careless and unsettling.
