Dr Saunders is very kind and compassionate. She takes her time and answers all your questions and never makes you feel rushed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly as well.
She's still a wonderful gynecologist, and I love dealing with her. Second time, in the past few months, no good result by the end of the call. I've called today with an issue. The front desk sucks officially. First time I let it go, This time I'm leaving a review because customer service is everything. She needs to get rid of whoever answers the phones.
