They can’t even bother to pick up the phone
Impossible to work and schedule appointments with. Been hung up on several times and put on an endless hold on more than one occasion. Do better!
There's nothing I hate more than wasted time. This place wastes A LOT of it. If you have to visit this building, make sure you have nothing on your schedule for the next 2 days. I was one of 2 people in the entire waiting room for a majority of two hours. I'm not sure what they are doing back there but it isn't helping their patients. I would hate to see this place full of patients, people would be dying of starvation left and right.
