This Property Management Company and a specific landlord qutoed me a specific rent that I had been paying with my husband for the past 3 yrs, and we had a signed lease that wasnt due ton expire until the end of next year, and John texted me 48 hrs before I was going to take over the lease, unfairly decided to raise the rent by $250 dollars to disqualify my income and terminate the lease despite my qualifications, which was a lie, and he turned around and listed the rental price increased by $100 dollars. Unsympathetic to homeowner issues like illegal parking, abuse of guest parking, construction vehicles obstructing homeowner access, unecessarily paying for private trash hauler instead of using the city, etc. Only visits to tag cars when prompted and on delay, defends construction needs over homeowners' rights. Overall ineffective.
