Unsympathetic to homeowner issues like illegal parking, abuse of guest parking, construction vehicles obstructing homeowner access, unecessarily paying for private trash hauler instead of using the city, etc. Only visits to tag cars when prompted and on delay, defends construction needs over homeowners' rights. Overall ineffective.
