I haven't been to the clinic yet but oh my gosh the direction is horrible. They put the sign pointing to the clinic way down to the end of the street when there should be a sign soon after you get into the guard gate. That saus, clinic this way. so they put the sign way down to the the the bottom of the street at the intersection. Tells you to turn left, then turn left and then when you get closer they don't put a sign and say clinic this way. If it was possible to give them negative stars I would. It is impossible to get them on the phone to even schedule an appointment!!! My family has been unable to see doctors for over a year now. All they need to do is simply fax paperwork over to an OBGYN and they can’t accomplish that. And if you want to switch your pcm you have to write a letter to the CO of the base?!? Hahaha pathetic, can’t wait to PCS and never deal with this garbage clinic again.

Dr. Hardeman is always wonderful. Small but visits are always good.
